The Flow of Becoming

Much like nature,
I’ve lived many seasons -
vegan and carnivore,
warrior and victim,
believer and skeptic,
liberal and conservative,
healer and wounded one.
Life ebbs. Life flows.
We are not meant to stay the same.
When we harden against time,
clinging to what was,
we lose the gift of what is.
Nature reminds us -
truth moves like water.
It doesn’t force.
It carries.
It cleanses.
It knows the way.
To go against nature
is to go against ourselves.
For the same current
that turns seed to tree
flows through our very veins.
Let go of the reins.
Let the river take you.
You are not lost —
you are becoming.
