Trainer
As an avid health and wellness facilitator, life-long exerciser, and adventure enthusiast - I know the value of taking care of our physical bodies so that it can take care of us long-term in return. By maintaining healthy habits and feeling good about ourselves physically, we have more energy to thrive in life and take part in the things that are most important to us.
Every person has their own journey's to live and battles to win, and often times the overwhelming nature of those battles and fears of failure stop us from achieving our goals, or from even trying in the first place.
My compassionate, non-judgemental approach to helping people stay healthy and live their best lives, encourages each person to push through their limiting beliefs and the blocks that can sometimes hold them back physically in life.
Feeling good is important, something we all deserve.
I can help you look, feel your best and stay on your path.
Sessions are 45-60 minutes each and consist of personal accountability tracking, free weight training, plyometrics, core strengthening, stretching and overall fierceness and fun. All exercises and sessions are 100% confidential and accessible.
There are no limitations except limitations of the mind when it comes to taking care of our physical bodies in healthy ways, no matter what stage its at.
Personal Training Sessions are offered ONE-ON-ONE or as a GROUP (if there are friends/family who would like to train with).
Beth trains her clients Tuesday's & Thursday's between 9am - 4pm
