Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop

How often to you feel a state of calmness and peace of mind, free from wandering thoughts, stress, and anxiety?

The practice of mindfulness & meditation, even if for only 5 minutes a day, can greatly impact your ability to experience greater physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Trying mindfulness & meditation for the first time and the thought of maintaining a regular practice of it, can often feel intimidating for some people. Beth’s approach to mindfulness and meditation are practicable and accessible, helping you to understand your emotions & handle any negative thoughts or behaviours with better conscious control and ease.

In this free one-and-a-half-hour workshop

  • You will gain a clear understanding of how and why meditation works and how it can positively affect the mind and the body.

  • Together, we will practice 3 different methods of meditation allowing for a more personal connection to whichever method works best for you.
