FAQ
What Does Beth Do?
Beth Sturdevant has spent the past 10 years passionately pursuing the education, training and certification necessary to become a professional Quantum Shamanic Reiki Master and Teacher, Spiritual Healer and Shamanic Practitioner. These pursuits have culminated and led to Beth’s development of a unique aspect in her practice and life called “Warrior Medicine”.
Her compassionate yet strong presence as a holistic healing practitioner, creates an atmosphere that helps individuals feel safe to courageously go places in their healing they might not feel comfortable going with other practitioners. This promotes a faster path to achieving one’s health and wellness goals, by helping each individual learn to trust and believe in their own abilities to heal and move beyond their current realities.

Who Does Beth Help?
Beth works with people from all walks of life who are in need of healing.
Whether you’re a first responder, an active member or veteran of the armed forces, a stay-at-home mom, a Doctor, a mortgage broker, or everything else in between, Beth works with your unique individual experiences and needs.
It says Beth is trained in Algonquin Medicine Work (Shamanism).
Does Beth Provide Indigenous Teachings and Ceremonies?
While the main focus of Beth’s extensive studies and training has been in Algonquin Medicine Work (Shamanism) through the 8th Fire School of Shamanism, the core of what she has learned and practices is not cultural. Shamanism is a healing and spiritual practice of connecting with Universal energy and the spiritual world around us. Originating centuries ago in Siberia, the practice of Shamanism is as old as humanity itself. It brings together the wonder of nature, and life’s powerful forces to remind us that we are in fact, spiritual beings having a human experience.
Shamanic practices are adaptable and coexist around the world with many different cultures and traditions. In fact, most of our modern-day religions and spiritual practices stem from the roots of ancient Shamanism.
As a trusted ally, Beth values, respects and honors All Our Relations. Nothing Beth teaches or offers as a Shamanic Spiritual and Energetic Healer, has anything to do with the Algonquin People’s traditions, cultures or ceremonies.
How is Beth’s Healing Methods Different From Traditional Ones?
While not a statement on the overall effectiveness of other forms of therapy, Beth’s practice of Shamanism, Spiritual Healing and Energy Medicine combined, is more than just coaching and analyzing issues.
Given the nature of the unconscious mind, what we often think of as our issue, usually ends up being just the tip of the iceberg. Talking often reinforces the wounded stories that continuously play out in our minds and our lives, whereas exploring and going deep into the “belly of the whale” is where the medicine and cause for healing truly happens. Many of Beth’s clients come to her convinced that their healing is unattainable after trying years of other forms of therapies. 100% of Beth’s clients who have been consistent in their sessions with her and committed to their own path to healing, report a significant improvement and/or complete eradication from a variety of issues that have plagued them.
*Each individual person is unique in how they got here and what they need, and as such, results may vary.

Does Beth Also Provide Physical Healing?
While Beth does not treat people for physical symptoms, as a Spiritual and Energy Medicine Keeper, she looks for the non-physical factors (Spiritually and Energetically) that go beyond the issue that may be presenting itself physically, working at healing the root causes and effects of what people may be experiencing as physical issues.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
This varies a great deal per person and specific needs or goals.
Our core issues are layered in how they came to be, and the wide-spread effect they have on us. The great news is that healing doesn’t need to be hard or long, if you are committed to doing the work.
Healing itself is easy. It’s believing in it and showing up that’s the hardest part.
